Privacy Policy

Updated: 29 October 2026

This policy describes how the app handles local progress and optional Google Drive synchronization.

1. Who operates this app

Teyvat Tracker is an independent fan-made app maintained under the name VetaLord. For privacy inquiries, contact vetalordelisid@gmail.com. Before public launch, the operator should add any legally required identity and contact information under applicable laws.

2. What information the app processes

The app stores data you enter or import on your device: profile UIDs and names, achievement states, wish history, local catalog information, language preferences and Xiao tutorial preferences. Imports from Paimon.moe, UIAF or UIGF are initiated by you. Some features may contact official game services at your request.

3. Why Google Drive access is requested

If you choose to connect Google, Teyvat Tracker requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata to read and create JSON progress snapshots in its own hidden application data space on your Google Drive. This permission does not grant access to all your Drive files. Upload and restore require manual confirmation; there is no automatic merging. Snapshots may contain UIDs, profiles, achievements and wish history. Google stores those files in your own account.

4. Where data is stored

Your main progress is stored in local files on your device. If you explicitly approve a cloud snapshot, a copy is stored in Google Drive appDataFolder in your account. This release does not use a developer-operated server to receive your progress files. JSON snapshots do not have additional end-to-end encryption provided by Teyvat Tracker.

5. Authentication and use of Google data

Windows uses Google OAuth in the system browser and a short-lived in-memory access token; Android uses native Google sign-in. Tokens, passwords and authorization codes must not be written to progress data or exported backups. We do not sell user data or use Google user data for advertising. Access to and use of Google data are limited to the sync function described here and comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Parties that may process data

Data is sent to Google only when you initiate authentication or synchronization. Other third-party services or import tools you choose may have their own privacy policies. The planned website host (Cloudflare Pages) may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, for site delivery and security.

7. Access revocation and deletion

You can disconnect Google in the app to end the current session. You may also revoke access in your Google Account security settings. To delete hidden app data stored in Google Drive, use Google Drive app management settings where supported, or Google support. Local files and exported JSON backups must be deleted separately; simply disconnecting Google does not delete them. Older immutable cloud snapshots may remain until removed using Google’s available tools.

8. Website cookies and analytics

This informational website is static, has no embedded advertising systems, registration forms, or first-party analytics, and sets no analytics cookies. The hosting provider may retain technical logs necessary to operate and secure the website.

9. Security, updates and contact

Use current app versions and keep independent backups. This policy may be updated as features change; the updated date is shown above. Privacy questions: vetalordelisid@gmail.com.
